• All prices listed on the Website are in Rwandan francs (RWF) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
• We charge a 1% transaction fee for all bookings made through the Website. This fee is added to the total cost of your booking at checkout.
• We accept the following payment methods: MTN momo pay, AIRTEL momo pay.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy varies depending on the product or service you book. Please refer to the specific product or service page for more information.

In general:

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the start date of your booking may be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date of your booking may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made on or after the start date of your booking.
